Hi! Ceallaigh here. I am so excited to help you get started on the most rewarding journey of your life - founding a nonprofit! Whether you want to turn this into a full-time career or keep it as a passion project and serve on the board, I would love to help you build a legacy!

I have helped others start and grow nonprofits for over 18 years as a consultant. See more about me here. I have worked in the sector for over 25 years in arts, service, education, local, and international organizations. I also have a Master’s in Nonprofit Arts Administration and lots of experience raising millions of dollars as a fundraiser. Fear of fundraising is what keeps most aspiring founders from taking action. Let’s get over that hurdle together!

Join a small group of other aspiring founders in this 12-week coaching program cohort. In addition to the full 7 modules, the program includes weekly group coaching calls and office hours where you can ask me anything. Submit any and all of your work to me and receive personal video feedback. Lots of bonuses and work sprints for those who want to dive right in!
This course is intended to take 5-10 hours per week.
